i found this poem

I will not say what I am running from
but I will tell you where I am running to.

I am running towards a point in time
where the past no longer counts.

To a place where the chambers of my mind
are filled in small amounts.

To a level so high and out of reach
that no one will have a say.

Where outside forces cannot control me
or drive my emotions astray.

Where I am free to feel my feelings
and am privileged to my thought.

Where I can be who God intended
rather than how I was taught.

To a place where I am not
anchored by another beings plight.

Somewhere I can stop fighting
and take my body a flight.

My fists are waving from side to side
and I am running at the speed of might.

All those things that were behind me
are now miles out of sight.

So, the next time you see me coming
I assure you that you値l step aside.
For you know that you値l be beaten
by the power of my stride.

But if you have the strength to join me
I値l tell you what to do.
For the moral of my story
has been written here for you.

You must strengthen your every weakness
and turn with every new bend in the road.

Take on the challenges that come to you
and fight them with everything you hold.

Never allow yourself to be beaten
or accept failure as a way.

For once you overcome this hurdle
your adrenaline will lead the way.

And if you fall, get up!
go faster! and make up for the delay.

Because in that moment that your sweat feels cold
and salt water is dripping in your face.

You will know that you have made it
and have arrived in that special place.

I wish, sometimes, Mrs. B. Know what I mean? But then I think of what I have now.
