View Full Version : It's Who I Am

I'm a twenty-five year old Marine combat veteran trapped in the body of a 56 year old outsider. I'm not actually a cynic but more of an idealist who's been mugged by reality. I understood 2001 A Space Odyssey the first time I saw it but I still don't get Pulp Fiction. I love the Eagles but I hate Don Henley, and I'm one of the few people on the planet that is willing to answer Edwin Starr's question.

I think if you rent me a hotel room or sell me a steak in America you should be able to speak the English language clearly. I welcome legal immigrants, they built this country, but if you sneak in I do not want to contribute to your retirement fund and any mayor that declares his city a 'sanctuary city' should be charged as an accomplice before the fact, any time an illegal commits a crime.

I hate war but I love freedom more and I understand fully, the price of each. Americas finest hour was when she saved the world from the nazis. And make no mistake about it, that is exactly what happened. Second place would go to the engineers who brought back the Apollo 13 astronauts. Americas third biggest accomplishment? Providing an atmosphere where George Carlin could live his life. (With a minimum of jail time)

Pete Rose should be in the Hall of fame and the obstructionist in congress, both cons and libs, should be in jail. My ancestors were thrown to, and eaten by, the lions in the coliseum.....where is my casino license?

In my free time I think about injustice, moronic human behavior, beautiful women and the outside chance that I'm wrong about this whole supreme being thing. Not always in that order.

Q and A:
Q. Why do I carry a .45 ? A. They don't make a .46
Q. Why do I carry a gun in the first place? A. Cops are too heavy to carry.

Remember, shoot whats available as long as it's available, until something else becomes available.

And finally, 'The true Soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because He loves what is behind him.' -G. K. Chestert JAKE
